Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Mash Virtual mobile application (the “Service”) operated by Mash Virtual ("us", "we", or "our").
Mash Virtual create mobile, AR/VR and web based service applications and are owned by Mash Virtual Pvt. Ltd, who also own the Intellectual Property Rights of the application. If you have any issues or want to contact us, please send an email at Support portal and we will respond to your request at the earliest possible opportunity.
By checking the ‘I accept’ checkbox, completing the registration process, or using the service of Mash Virtual, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accept this agreement and are authorised to act on behalf of, and bind to this agreement, the owner of this account.
You must follow any policies made available to you within the Services.
Don’t misuse our Services. For example, don’t interfere with our Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You may use our Services only as permitted by law, including applicable export and re‐export control laws and regulations. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct, misuse or malpractice.
Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access. You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain permission from Mash Virtual or are otherwise permitted by law. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Services. Don’t remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Services.
In connection with your use of the Services, we may send you service announcements, notifications, administrative messages, and other information. You may opt out of some of those communications.
Our Services are available on mobile or other electronic devices. Do not use Services in a way that distracts you and prevents you from obeying traffic or safety laws.
You may need Mash virtual application Account in order to use some of our Services. To register for the Service, you must complete the registration process by providing current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the registration form, including Your e‐mail address which will act as your username, your mobile phone number and any other information marked as mandatory in the registration form. You will be required to choose a password of your choice. We recommend that you keep your username and password secure and not to share it with anyone. You will protect your password and take full responsibility for your own, and third party, use of your accounts. You are solely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your Account. You will notify Mash Virtual immediately upon learning of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other breach of security. Mash Virtual, its associates, support staff may and other authorised personnel, from time to time, log in to the Service under your customer password in order to maintain or improve service, including to provide you assistance with technical issues.
Mash Virtual’s privacy policies explain how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our Services. By using our Services, you agree that Mash Virtual’s privacy policies also and confirm that Mash Virtual can use such data in accordance with our privacy policies.
If you think somebody is violating your copyrights and want to notify us, you can find information about submitting notices and Mash Virtual’s policy about responding to notices via email to Support portal.
Some of our Services allow you to upload, submit, store, send or receive content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. In short, what belongs to you stays yours.
When you upload, submit, store, send or receive content to or through our Services, you give Mash Virtual (and those we work with) a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes we make so that your content works better with our Services), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content. The rights you grant in this license are for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Services, and to develop new ones. This license continues even if you stop using our Services. Some Services may offer you ways to access and remove content that has been provided to that Service. Also, in some of our Services, there are terms or settings that narrow the scope of our use of the content submitted in those Services. Make sure you have the necessary rights to grant us this license for any content that you submit to our Services.
Our automated systems analyse your content (including emails) to provide you personally relevant product features, such as customized search results, tailored advertising, and spam and malware detection. This analysis occurs as the content is sent, received, and when it is stored.
If you have a Mash virtual application Account, we may display your Profile name, Profile photo, and actions you take on Mash virtual application Account (such as +1’s, reviews you write) in our Services. We will respect the choices you make to limit sharing or visibility settings in your Mash virtual application Account.
You can find more information about how Mash Virtual uses and stores content in the privacy policy or additional terms for particular Services. If you submit feedback or suggestions about our Services, we may use your feedback or suggestions without obligation to you.
Neither party will use or disclose the other party's Confidential Information without the other's prior written consent except for the purpose of performing its obligations under this Agreement or if required by law, regulation or court order; in which case, the party being compelled to disclose Confidential Information will give the other party as much notice as is reasonably practicable prior to disclosing the Confidential Information.
However, Mash Virtual will use the information and data shared by the user for its data analytics purposes and for overall improvement of services and features.
The Users declare under their sole responsibility that they are going to act in compliance with the applicable regulations, in a responsible, respectful, diligent way, with complete good faith.
The User is prohibited of the following behaviours that are described below by way of example:
Create a false identity, acting on behalf of others without the sufficient power or legitimacy and/or impersonating others.
Violating the rights of others, especially industrial or intellectual property rights.
Being untrue, falsifying documents, signatures, violating the laws, regulations or rules of application.
Not respecting the predetermined rules and processes for accessing and using the Mobile App, using methods that may cause damage to the Mobile App.
The User agrees not to transmit through the Mobile App any information or material, with products or services of any kind or nature that is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable.
In the case that the User has access to confidential information, he agrees to use it only for the purposes for which they were revealed, with due regard to confidentiality.
You will not (and will not allow any third party to) use the Service to track, collect or upload any data that personally identifies an individual (such as a name, email address or billing information), or other data which can be reasonably linked to such information by Mash Virtual. You will have and abide by an appropriate Privacy Policy and will comply with all applicable laws, policies, and regulations relating to the collection of information from Visitors. You must post a Privacy Policy and that Privacy Policy must provide notice of Your use of cookies that are used to collect data.
We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether.
You can stop using our Services at any time, although we’ll be sorry to see you go. Mash Virtual may also stop providing Services to you, or add or create new limits to our Services at any time. We believe that you own your data and preserving your access to such data is important. If we discontinue a Service, where reasonably possible, we will give you reasonable advance notice and a chance to get information out of that Service.
Mash Virtual may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to the Service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to the Service. You should look at the terms regularly.
